Specific procedures of critical compliance are but not limited to; release procedures, sign in and out, medication, bus runs/field trip procedures.
Participates responsibly in marketing and special events including open house, training's, parent meetings, staff meetings and corporate events.
Effects and supports change required for continual compliance and improvement.
Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises, observes, and evaluates staff along with Center Director Manages, supports, and follows budget in compliance with corporate guidelines Represents Childrens Lighthouse to public, community, parents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and integrity.
Attends meetings and trainings as directed.
Consistently follows through with all duties and miscellaneous duties as assigned in competent and timely manner.
Day to day operations in compliance with quality assessment standards of Childrens Lighthouse.
Assumes major responsibility for staff schedule, labor budget, and staff files.
Wise productive use of time.
Follows through with all assigned duties and additional duties as assigned.
Able to accept and handle change.
Receives instruction and direction in appropriate manner.
Able to work flexible hours between 6:
00am and 7:
00pm.
