The Employer Branding Specialist will be responsible for increasing the awareness and quality of Grundfos' Employer Brand to attract, build talent pipeline and support recruitment of quality employees, who are crucial to key jobs for Grundfos in the US.
This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will operate remotely and out of the Brookshire, TX facility.
Please keep in mind that the selected candidate will need to reside in Houston, TX and commute to the office 2-3 days a week.
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.
What is the job about? oDrive and support the implementation of global Employer Branding best practices to establish Grundfos as a significant employer brand in the US.
oActively collaborate with Country Director, Country HR, Plant Management and Talent Acquisition (TA) to develop and implement initiatives and programs in the areas of Employer Branding.
oIdentify what makes the company attractive to candidates.
oHighlight key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors.
oLeverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience.
oDevelop and project the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), to proactively adapt approaches to attract and retain new generations.
oPartner with Country Director, hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
oPartner with Marketing Specialist and Country Director to design promotion content and define effective tools and channels.
oEnsure continuous relations with targeted education centers and schools and create models for attracting students with key competencies.
oDevelop and support dual education strategy - targeting programs for specific competencies and participate in the inclusion of young generation in the labor market.
oParticipate in the Global Talent Acquisition Social Media Group and Employee Advocacy initiative and create local content, e.

facilitating employee advocacy in US and other social media initiatives.
oUp-date the local US career and LinkedIn site with relevant and appealing content for the selected key job roles.
oPlanning and managing employer branding activities and external events with relevant universities, schools, and job fairs.
oContribute to creating pipelines of candidates for key job roles by collaborating with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcing Specialist.
What do you need to apply? Qualified candidates hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, HR, or other related fields of study combined with some years' experience in Employer Branding in a corporate environment.
oExcellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
oSocial Media, communication, and Employee Advocacy experience.
oProject execution skills working with recruitment managers, ambassadors, and universities.
oUnderstanding the importance of the candidate experience and communication required to attract and engage talent.
oAbility to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity.
oResults orientated approach and experience within a fast-paced environment.
oMust be able to travel up to 5-10% if necessary.
