What will you do as a Warehouse Assembly Associate? This position is responsible for assembly solar panel products and producing accurate work on a timely basis.
This position is on-site.
Supervisory
Experience:
None Core Responsibilities are:
Responsible for assembling products on the production line, ensuring that all products meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Assembling products on the production line, following established procedures and quality standards.
Inspecting products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
Operating machinery and equipment required for assembly line work.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and cleaning up work areas at the end of each shift.
Keeping track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that products are delivered on time.
Maintaining accurate records of production output and quality control checks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 6 months of work experience required.
At least one year in assembly line work, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Must have the ability to work overtime.
