Office Cordinator

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Assist with bookkeeping tasks - Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity -Generating invoices, packing lists, BOLs and schedule pick up with freight companies -Review paper work for accuracy
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills are required - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -General computer skills and office suite a must.
